Mr. Gaspard de Bellescize is a graduate of the Master 1 in business law of the University of Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas, of the Master 2 in customs law of transport and logistics of the University of Rouen and holds a CAPA. He is a member of :

• The Institute of Tax Lawyers (IACF)
• The Observatory of Customs and Fiscal Regulations

He founded ADVENIAT in Paris and Lyon after years of significant experience in several international law firms (Gide, CMS Francis Lefebvre avocats) or niche firms with a strong customs specialisation (Godin Associés, Harving Avocats). 

He has developed a customs law consulting practice for his clients, enriched by years of almost exclusive practice in customs litigation with leading figures in the customs field. He has also acquired sought-after experience in criminal customs litigation.

He has recognised expertise in customs law, including export control, but also in indirect taxation, energy and environmental taxation, having been involved in major cases in recent years.
