ADVENIAT was founded by Gaspard de BELLESCIZE, a member of the Paris Bar, after years of experience with leading figures in customs matters in several law firms specialising in customs and European Union law: Gide, Godin Associés, Harving Avocats, CMS Francis Lefebvre avocats.

 

Based in Paris, the firm has also opened offices in Lyon during 2021.

 

The firm's consulting services focus on complex, high-stakes issues, with a view to securing, ensuring compliance andoptimizing customs practices and international trade for companies.

 

The firm assists its clients in pre-litigation and litigation before the national judicial and administrative courts, against the Administration and/or between parties before the commercial courts, as well as before the Community courts.
