The firm acts on large-scale cases for all the criminal implications of "classic" customs/tax offences relating to national and Community customs law as well as indirect taxation and energy/environmental taxation.

We assist a clientele of natural and legal persons upstream of any control, for the prevention of criminal risk, as well as at the stage of investigations and enquiries (Public Prosecutor's Office, examining magistrate, European Public Prosecutor's Office), in particular those carried out by the Service d'Enquêtes Judiciaires des Finances (SEJF), formerly the Service National de Douane Judiciaire (SNDJ), or the Direction Nationale du Renseignement et des Enquêtes douanières (DNRED), of which we have a great deal of practical experience
